Keycheck Labs LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), a Florida limited liability company, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Keycheck Labs LLC through this website (including consulting inquiries) and its applications on the Apple App Store.
1. Information We Collect
We believe in data minimization. We only collect information that is necessary to respond to you or provide our services.
Contact Form Data: When you submit an inquiry through our website contact form, we collect your name, email address, message, and IP address (the latter for spam and abuse prevention). This data is stored to respond to your inquiry and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It is retained only as long as necessary to address the inquiry (see "Your Rights & Data Requests" below for how to request earlier deletion).
Diagnostic Data: Crash reports and diagnostic information collected directly via Apple's opt-in crash reporting through App Store Connect. You control this via your iOS/macOS privacy settings.
Local Data: App data and user preferences are stored locally on your device or synced via first-party services (such as iCloud). We do not have access to this data.
2. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
This website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics services that profile visitors. The contact form's spam-prevention check (Cloudflare Turnstile, described below) may set a limited-purpose cookie or use similar device signals solely to distinguish human visitors from bots; it is not used to track you across other sites.
3. Third-Party Services
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Our applications and website do not include third-party tracking analytics or advertising frameworks. Our website uses Cloudflare for hosting and infrastructure, and Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that contact form submissions are not automated; these providers process technical data (such as IP address and browser signals) solely to deliver the site and prevent abuse, under their own privacy terms. Because Cloudflare operates a global network, this technical data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States.
4. Your Rights & Data Requests
Regardless of where you are located, you may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you (for example, a past contact form submission). Email hello@keychecklabs.com and we will respond and act on your request promptly. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (including relying on Cloudflare's infrastructure security) to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
Our applications are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
7. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our applications after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
By accessing or using this website, downloading or using applications published by Keycheck Labs LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), a Florida limited liability company, or by engaging us for consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use this website or our applications. If you are engaging us on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. License
Keycheck Labs LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use our software strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement and any applicable App Store terms.
2a. Subscriptions
Some applications published by Keycheck Labs LLC include optional paid subscriptions via Apple's In-App Purchase. All billing is processed by Apple. Keycheck Labs LLC never receives or stores your payment information. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID account settings and Apple's refund process.
2b. Consulting & Professional Services
Submitting an inquiry through this website is not itself an engagement of services and creates no obligation on either party. Any consulting engagement — including scope of work, deliverables, fees, payment terms, timelines, ownership of work product, and confidentiality of information you share with us — is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where such a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
3. Acceptable Use
When using this website, including the contact form, you agree not to: submit false or fraudulent information; attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with our spam-prevention or security measures; upload or transmit malicious code; or use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or submit data to the site without our prior written consent. We may remove submissions and refuse further contact from anyone who violates this section.
4. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, and other content on this website, other than content you submit to us, are the property of Keycheck Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of this website for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this website's content without our prior written permission.
5. Modifications to Software
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any application, this website, or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website, our applications, and any services described on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components, or that any information on this website is complete or current.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keycheck Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or our applications, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation does not apply to liability arising under a separately signed consulting engagement agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Keycheck Labs LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of this website or our applications.
9. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms that is not otherwise resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
10. General Provisions
These Terms (together with any signed engagement agreement) constitute the entire agreement between you and Keycheck Labs LLC regarding this website and our applications. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them freely.
