Keycheck Labs LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), a Florida limited liability company, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Keycheck Labs LLC and its applications on the Apple App Store.
1. Information We Collect
We believe in data minimization. We only collect information that is absolutely necessary to provide our services.
Contact Form Data: When you submit an inquiry through our website contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This data is processed transiently to route your inquiry to our database and is never stored, sold, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Diagnostic Data: Crash reports and diagnostic information collected directly via Apple's opt-in crash reporting through App Store Connect. You control this via your iOS/macOS privacy settings.
Local Data: App data and user preferences are stored locally on your device or synced via first-party services (such as iCloud). We do not have access to this data.
2. Third-Party Services
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Our applications and website do not include third-party tracking analytics or advertising frameworks.
3. Children's Privacy
Our applications are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
4. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our applications after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

1. License
Keycheck Labs LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use our software strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement and any applicable App Store terms.
1a. Subscriptions
Some applications published by Keycheck Labs LLC include optional paid subscriptions via Apple's In-App Purchase. All billing is processed by Apple. Keycheck Labs LLC never receives or stores your payment information. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID account settings and Apple's refund process.
2. Modifications to Software
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any application or service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keycheck Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our applications, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
